- We are going to rent a brand new apartment/ unit on 1/12/2014 ( 2 months later ) which has two bedrooms so we are looking for shared.
- We are a couple. I'm a student and my husband has full time job.We has a lovely cat - Domestic cat- he is very clean, friendly and he is a beautiful cat. We are very clean and tidy.
- Single or couple both can be rent in our apartment/unit.
- Unlimited internet.
- Single : $180/week - .Couple : $250/week - include every thing : gas, internet, water, electricity...
- Can make the rent go down by split all the bills if the tenants want - Single : $160/week. Couple : $220/week.
- The room for shared has not been furnitured yet. I can buy a table, chair, and bed if you want. or if you already has furnitured please bring it in. I'm very happy with that . ^___^
